WooCommerce provides built-in options to restrict the countries your store sells to, but it does not offer a standard way to finely control purchase eligibility at the product, category, or tag level.

This plugin allows you to permit or block sales to specific countries based on the following conditions:

• Control by Product ID (highest priority)
• Control by category
• Control by tag
• Whitelist / blacklist modes
• Multiple rules used together
• Blocking at add-to-cart and checkout

Works with both Classic Checkout and Checkout Blocks.

Because it operates independently of shipping settings, it can handle restrictions that are unrelated to delivery, such as digital products, license distribution, legal or regulatory compliance, or distributor agreements.

For products without a shipping address (such as digital products), the billing country is used instead.

If no rule applies, products remain purchasable as usual, and the standard WooCommerce behavior is not significantly altered.

This plugin is released free of charge to make WooCommerce more flexible and adaptable for a wider range of use cases.
