This plugin is currently available in English on the frontend, but the comments within the code are written in Japanese.
Description
This plugin adds a dedicated support discussion feature directly to WooCommerce product pages.
There is no need to navigate to a separate support page or external site—questions and answers can be handled entirely within the purchase page itself. Administrators benefit from centralized support management, while customers enjoy a smooth, confusion-free experience.
Opening the newly added Support Threads tab reveals a familiar posting interface. Because it uses WordPress’s native post and comment systems, it offers excellent stability, and both operation and management are exactly the same as standard blog posts. No learning of new tools is required.
While typical blogs do not allow new posts from the frontend, this plugin makes it possible. However, posting is not open to everyone. Permissions are restricted to verified owners (purchasers) and administrators only, helping to prevent spam and misuse.Read More

All Threads
It creates a CPT (Custom Post Type) to provide a dedicated blog-like environment within the tab.
Users (purchasers only) can also post from the frontend.
Because the support page can be placed inside the product page, there is no need for page navigation.
By default, only the parent thread submission form includes image attachments and Quicktags (11 default buttons).
By adding Net Museum Comments (free), replies are also supported, Quicktags are expanded with five additional buttons—Color Tags, Emoticon, Kaomoji, Emoji, and Counter—and uploaded images gain thumbnail previews and lightbox enlargement.
