Payment is processed immediately at the time of order confirmation.

6. Delivery
Digital products are made available for download immediately after successful payment.

7. Cancellation
Due to the nature of digital products, orders for downloadable products cannot be canceled once payment has been completed.
Orders for physical goods cannot be canceled after payment, as they are automatically processed for fulfillment.
8. Returns & Defective Products
Digital products are non-returnable.
For physical goods, returns are not accepted unless the product has a significant defect.
If a product has a significant defect, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. In such cases, return shipping costs and refund-related fees will be borne by us.
